From our base in Vancouver, Canada, 
we ship globally to almost every country. When you place an order, shipping times and delivery dates are calculated based on your location and the shipping option selected.  Standard shipping is free for all customers in the US and Canada, while for Europe and the rest of the world prices are calculated by weight. 

We use Canada Post and USPS services for most Canadian and USA orders, and occasionally couriers such as UPS and FedEx. Express delivery is an option that is available on certain products and in certain regions, an extra charge is levied for Express postage. In Europe and Australia our packages are usually delivered by national postal carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and Australia Post.

Delivery time-frames are estimates, it can occur that there are delays within postal networks that are beyond our control.

Customers outside of North America (for example in Europe and Australia) are likely required to pay local taxes such as VAT prior to delivery. The amount of added tax is calculated by the local customs authorities and is beyond our control. Payment of this tax is the responsibility of the buyer. No additional taxes are required from our North American customers after an order has been placed.
