We understand that it may occur that a customer wants to cancel or return an order. You may return new and undamaged items within thirty days of delivery for a refund. We will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise the buyer will need to pay for the return. You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of us receiving the returned package to our base in Vancouver, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If an item is sent back and has obviously been used or damaged then a refund will not be provided.
