Shipping
We ship globally to all countries from our base in Vancouver, Canada. When you place an order, we will calculate shipping times and delivery dates for you based on your location and the shipping options selected. Shipping is free for all customers in the US and Canada, while for Europe and the rest of the world prices are calculated by weight.
We use Canada Post and USPS services for most Canadian and USA orders, and occasionally couriers such as UPS and FedEx. We can arrange express delivery on request, though this would incur an extra charge. 100% of the delivery services we use have online tracking.
European customers may be required to pay local taxes such as VAT and Import Duty prior to delivery by the local postal authorities, this is the responsibility of the buyer. No additional taxes are required from our North American customers.
Returns Policy
You may return new and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise the buyer will need to pay for the return. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please notify us immediately, and prior to sending it back so we can provide you with instructions.
